TestQuality has experienced a lot of organic growth and become a world class tool for many quality engineering teams. We are now adding product-led sales motion on top our existing self-serve business to further accelerate our ambitions and bring TestQuality to larger companies. As TestQuality's first Sales Engineer, you'll play an instrumental role in defining our sales motion, contribute to the future of our product and help customers build higher quality software.

We hire people that are eligible to work in Spain or freelance in European time zones.

What you'll do

  • Become a product expert and help customers use TestQuality effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.
  • Be the voice of the customer; advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team.
  • Work closely with engineering and customers to ensure high quality implementation.
  • Help improve our training and documentation for customers.
  • Help build the foundation and define our lightweight sales assist motion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a sales engineering for SaaS product.
  • Experience selling to a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with a test case management tool.
  • Startup experience; comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills.
